Our society deals with the needs, concerns and issues of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) students on campus. However, our membership is open to everyone who supports our aims and values, regardless of sexual orientation. We have a two-pronged approach to our work: an inward-looking one where we attend to and nurture our members and an outward-looking one where we work to educate and inform the Wits community about LGBTI issues and make campus a safe and free environment for LGBTI students.
